Helsingborg’s healthcare and social assistance program has developed a system for the automation of its sick pay program for LSS (the law governing handicapped and disabled persons). Now the process is much faster than it was and for the first time in several years the sick pay program is current.

The municipality of Strängnäs will save SEK4 million a year via automation

Through automation, Strängnäs Municipality has managed to reduce the time spent on the financial assistance process by two-thirds. This time can now be spent on meeting citizens and helping them achieve an independent working life.
